About Cindy Pennington
The Captain's Wife
Cindy Pennington is the captain's wife and enjoys New Jersey blue fishing and NJ tuna fishing. When given the opportunity to go out with the boat she will assist the captain and crew when necessary. She will also take complimentary digital photos of you with your fish. Should you like your photo taken, with your permission we may use the picture on our web site. If you send her an e-mail note, she will be happy to forward the picture(s) to you.
Since 2002, when not on the boat, Cindy is at the office taking and answering phone calls and taking reservations for the autumn offshore NJ tuna trips. She also maintains the web site so that the daily fishing reports are up to date and the photo gallery is kept current.
Cindy is also an educator, and taught for many years prior to managing the Sea Devil for Captain Bob. She graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A., Mathematics and a master’s degree in School Business Administration. Cindy brought ten years of experience in statistical analysis, data analysis and management in the cosmetics industry to the teaching of mathematics, at all levels, in the schools where she taught. She also holds certificates for Supervisor, Principal and School Administrator.
When it is off season for fishing, Cindy is an independent provider of professional development and educational consultant, often consulting for the NJ DOE. She still enjoys tutoring local area high school and college students.
